Just love this. Full body relaxation, mind at rest but good focus. Increase sleep quality. My gf uses the 1500mg for chronic pain and anxiety and it works excessively well and I use the 1000mg, which is enough for me. I am generally using only a half milliliter once a day after work. Evenings are smooth and sleep is the best I have in a long time. I could clearly see the difference once I started using this. My gf also tracks her sleep patterns through her Fitbit and the graphs just spiked and stayed strong since she started using this. I preferred the Lemon Ginger flavor over the raw. I have not tried mint yet. Next on the list. |
